GRIMSBY 2017 - First Pictures

So after Friday's set up and fantastic Indian meal, Saturday morning dawned and the Cold War Commanders descended on the Grimsby Wargames Society. After some sorting out of the players who couldn't make it Friday night it was time to get started. First up some pictures of the tables.

Table Two - Highway 15 and the 195 to the east of Aarhus

The three roads were being used by NATO as MSR's.

NATO would be tasked with protecting these supply routes to keep the forces around Aarhus operational

Communication Tower - minor game objective

Communication Mast - another minor objective

One of the best things about the Cold War Commanders are the superb little dioramas that are produced by the players. Here we see Colonel Poirot, commander of the Belgian forces standing atop his Command vehicle. Great job Alan M

NEXT UP SOME PICTURES OF DAY ONE AS THE ACTION UNFOLDED

As always thanks for looking :-)

  2. Looking great guys! Can't wait to see the lead hit the table.
If they exist (or if you've got time to take some), it'd be great to see individual photos of each force with an ORBAT :)
